What insurances do you accept?

We currently accept Michelle P. Waiver Insurance, WellCare, and Aetna Insurance.

How do I go about obtaining services?

Simply call our office and we will get you the forms needed to request services. After you turn in the forms, we do the rest and get back with you promptly! Go to our CONTACT US tab at the top of the page to reach us.

What can I expect to be provided for my client?

We have highly certified and trained staff meet the needs of your client. They will receive positive behavior supports in and out of home. Our goal is to get our clients into the community as much as possible. Check out our calendar for upcoming events!
